EMMA SAUNDERS

Emma is from New Brunswick and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New Brunswick in 2004 and 2011, respectively. In 2012, she was admitted to the Alberta Bar.

Emma maintained a busy family law practice for ten years, appearing frequently in the Alberta Provincial Family Court and the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta to represent clients in cases involving child custody, child support, and family assets. Additionally, she ran a modest Wills and Estates practice.

Emma is happy to contribute her knowledge and expertise to The Calgary Legal Team and play a crucial part in the clients’ representation. Nothing makes her happier than drafting an effective, succinct letter or a complex estate agreement.

Since 2014, Emma has volunteered with the Women’s Center of Calgary, offering a free monthly legal clinic.
